HECOL443 - Family Law

Family law regulates intimate and domestic relationships. Examines from a user's perspective, how statutory and common law affects family relationship issues such as marriage and divorce, child custody and child welfare, adoption, and new reproductive technologies. Prerequisite: HECOL 300.
